To help you decide if our payment in full plans are the best option for you, we have listed some frequently asked questions and answers.

Any person over the age of 18 can take out a plan. There are no health questions to answer and no upper age limit.

Your money is held by Ecclesiastical Planning Services which is part of the Ecclesiastical Group. All funds (minus the management fee) are securely held and protected for your peace of mind. 

If you move to another location in the UK where it would not be possible to use your chosen funeral director at the time the plan was taken, you may be able to transfer your plan to an alternative funeral director near to your new location. Please note, there may be additional costs. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions provided or ask a member of our team for further information. 

It is possible to add special wishes to your plan such as readings, song choice and so forth. If you would like to add additional features or services there may be additional charges. For more information, speak to a member of the team. 

Yes, you can make changes. All you need to do is inform us of the changes required. Please note if you wish to add services or features, these may incur an additional charge. 

You have the right to cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation within 30 days from purchase will qualify for a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, you will be due a refund of the total amount paid minus the management fee.

If you die overseas the plan will not cover the costs of a funeral abroad or the cost for repatriation. As a result, it is important to ensure your travel insurance covers this.
